I am Paul J. Wensley, LCSW (he/him/his).

Life has its ups and downs, its ins and outs, mountains, plateaus and valleys; and sometimes you just need someone to talk too, Is it a: loss, feeling sad, anxious, having low energy, difficulty sleeping, feeling alone, unaccepted, overwhelmed, fragile. Are some of these things holding you back? I’m here to help.

~ Re-Discover your mind/body connection- starting with breath.

~ Learn how creativity can be a coping skill, a place to express your feelings and emotions.

~ Uncover the healing wisdom in your own physical body, or somatically.

We are living in uncertain times.
And with this uncertainty brings new challenges in our lives. If it’s your mood? I can help you learn ways to improve your mood, maybe even ways to express your feelings, and experiences in creative ways. Or not feeling comfortable or need to feel stronger with who you are as a LGBTQI2+ person, I can help you find ways to cope including creativity and body focused coping skills. Or feeling overwhelmed- I can help you find your breath- and learn body focused ways to cope.

Therapy can be a place of learning self-acceptance, and self-knowledge; and by doing this one can improve their interpersonal relationships with self and others. A place to find acceptance, and understanding in order to begin to move forward in your life.
